Tucked in

I know it's no big deal, but sometimes I feel I'm speaking in martian language. New maid comes in from an agency. She is about to make my bed and I see that she is tucking the top of the flat sheet in on the head of the mattress. I say: "Oh! Let me show you how I'd like you to do that" and I show her how to fold the top of the flat sheet and then tuck on the sides while saying "Don't tuck it at the top, fold it over and tuck it in at the sides" she looks at me ,says "OK!", and then goes on to tuck the sheet at the top of the bed without folding it... Can anyone please explain to me how to get things done the way I want it without turning into a crazy person? or how to learn to not care about this details?? Seriously needing help.. LOL
