Why is it, you can have the busiest, most flat out day with the kids. You don't get to sit down to eat your lunch, toast on the run. You pee whilst texting someone to save time. You don't even check the mirror once before leaving the house. You literally run from school, to shops, to school to play-date to home to bath and bedtime. Running. Then you just sit down in front of the tv and hubby walks in. Hard day? he asks sarcastically. Sometimes I think he lays in wait outside the house to see me sit down so he can walk in and say that! Grrrrrrrrr
Assume this is the same husband who works long hours to pay for that nice 4x4 you undoubtedly drive..
ReplyDeleteTry being a mum for a day, u gave up my job to look after my daughter so my wife could take promotion at work n I tell u now being a stay at home parent is harder than working that's for sure. Presume ur the guy moaning about 4 by 4 s lol
ReplyDeleteLOL, I wrote this post and it wasn't meant as a dig to my husband in the least! It simply meant that I am flat out all day and then when he walks in it appears that I've been sat down all day. Sods Law! And no I don't have a 4x4 so don't be so judgemental! :P
